Northern California has a type of magic one must experience at least once in their lifetime. To be frank, I prefer Northern California to Southern California (LA, etc), just because it is so uncomplicated, so raw, so real. Modern, yet antique. Simple, and so underrated.
Get up before the sunrise, throw on a new dress, drive down the coast, watch the sky turn into shades of cotton candy, and blast your favorite song, and think. That’s what I had the pleasure of doing this late October with my best friend Sarah, Grant, and the Billabong team in Sea Ranch, California.
Bomber Jacket: Hudson Jeans | Skinny Jeans: Hudson Jeans
On an October night out with my best friend Sarah since we were both 5 years old, in the city of Angels.
Dinner: Pink Taco. Drinks: Chateau Marmont. Polaroid camera: on hand. Memories made: plenty.
Classic Sunset Strip.
I wore my Hudson Jeans black bomber, which literally feels like a down blanket, and is perfect for when the LA sun sets, and suddenly the air turns twenty degrees colder. Paired with skinny jeans and heeled boots, I think the look says both “I don’t try too hard” and “I’m put together”- which is basically what the whole LA vibe is about. Easy, comfortable, but stunning.
